The evening will feature the exclusive debut of our 5 Year Barrel Rested Rum, paired alongside a wood-fired feast of smoked meats, grilled vegetables, seasonal sides, and a spectacular dessert.  its a celebration of craftsmanship, patience, and the flavors that only time, wood & fire can create.
